It was quite snowy last weekend. It was snowing so calmly
Saturday night and it was very relaxing. Saturday night, my parents were going to
a beer blast to support the EMW travel softball team. Before they left, they
saw that my sister and I were so comfortable lying on the couch. They figured
that nothing was going to get done around the house. They saw that we didn’t
have a lot of motivation to do much. Little did they know, I had a plan in
mind! Once they left, I told Anne my idea right away. The driveway was full of
snow. Lindsey’s car had snow all over it, and the turn-around was covered. We
got our gloves, jackets, and shovels, and we went to shovel everything. After
our hard work, we went back inside and watched Pitch Perfect for the rest of the night. When our parents got home,
they were so surprised and grateful. They said that they would’ve never thought
that we were going to do that on that night. They thought that they were
pulling into the wrong driveway at first. It was a great way to end the night!
